Tailored, Compassionate Support for Your Family's Unique Journey

Because every family is different — and so is your path to confident parenting.

At The Healthy Child Co., we believe there's no one-size-fits-all approach to raising happy, healthy children. Every family comes with its own story, challenges, and strengths — that's why our 1:1 coaching is designed to be as unique as your little one.

With over 15 years of NHS experience supporting thousands of families, I bring trusted, evidence-based expertise, combined with an approachable, compassionate style that empowers you to parent in a way that feels right for your family.

What Makes Our Coaching Different?

Completely Individualised Support
Your family is unique — your coaching should be too. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, providing tailored strategies that align with your values, your child’s development, and your parenting goals.

Responsive, Non-Judgemental Approach
Parenting is tough. You deserve a space where you can share openly, without fear of judgment. I work with you collaboratively, guiding with empathy, not lectures.

Rooted in Science, Delivered with Heart
Our coaching combines the latest child health research with a nurturing, real-world understanding of what it's like to raise children today.

Values-Led Guidance
At The Healthy Child Co., our ethos is simple: responsive parenting, respectful communication, and fostering secure, connected relationships — without outdated myths or unrealistic expectations.

FAQ

Sometimes you don’t need ongoing coaching, you need reassurance, clarity, and professional eyes on your baby’s development at a really pivotal stage.

My 3–4 Month Development Reviews are a dedicated, evidence-based check-in designed to look holistically at your baby’s development, behaviour and wellbeing during this rapid period of change.

This review goes beyond milestones. We explore:

  • Baby brain and neurological development

  • Early movement, posture and physical development

  • Communication, cues and early social interaction

  • Parental confidence and any emerging worries

You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s typical, what’s variable, and if further support is needed — all grounded in current child development science, not internet noise.
