I’m Charlie, Specialist Public Health Nurse, certified Parent Coach, child development expert, and founder of The Healthy Child Co.
With over 15 years of NHS experience, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise, real-world experience, and deep compassion to every family I work with.
I’m UNICEF-trained in breastfeeding, qualified in counselling skills, trained as a specialist health visitor in healthy nutrition and have supported thousands of families across the UK to feel empowered, informed, and truly confident in their parenting journey.
